This is a personal development course written and delivered by Positive Futures North West. It works with individuals to help them develop confidence and self-esteem to become more assertive in life. Each week you will work on skills and strategies to enable you to build up a toolbox of resources to help you through difficult times.
Sessions will vary according to the groups needs, however we will cover:
